COVID-19 Restrictions for Onsite Visits

OnsiteMac is open during the pandemic. We have shifted focus to performing as much work as is possible via remote sessions. Onsite sessions will only be scheduled if we feel that an visit is absolutely required. If we deem a visit is necessary, we will be taking strict precautions to prevent the spread of Covid-19. This is being done for your protection and for the protection of our staff, and as a vital public health measure. We are taking the following steps for any and all upcoming visits:

  • We will not send out any consultant who has any symptoms of Covid-19, or who has a recent positive test result, or any known or suspected exposure to Covid-19.

  • While onsite our consultants will be wearing protective equipment, including disposable gloves and protective face coverings.

  • We also are requiring that anyone we come into contact with during a visit also wear a protective face covering at all times while we are present. Our consultants have strict instructions to immediately depart any location where another present party refuses to wear a mask (or other protective face covering) while in our presence. Any session ended in this fashion is still billable for any time the consultant spent onsite, including our standard one hour minimum charge.
